Affordable Housing
Affordable housing is deeply important to me because I want the parents who raised their families in this community to be able to downsize and remain in the same place they have called home for decades. I also want those same families to have the opportunity to see their adult children return to their hometown and be able to afford a home of their own.
Most importantly, I believe the people who make this county so strong—our educators, first responders, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, public service employees, and support staff, to name a few—should be able to afford to live in the community they serve, without that feeling financially burdensome.

Community Needs
We must address community needs that have gone unresolved for too long, such as the sewage crisis affecting the River Rest community. We also have a responsibility to protect the Harpeth River, ensuring it remains both a healthy ecosystem and a safe, enjoyable place for outdoor recreation.
At the same time, we must have honest conversations about responsible growth—what it truly means, how it impacts our infrastructure, and how we preserve the historical charm and character that make this county special while respecting the reality of inevitable change.
Growth also brings increased demand for emergency services, and we must ensure those critical services remain accessible to every part of the county in a timely and effective manner.

Education Goals
One of the greatest contributors—if not the greatest contributor—to what makes Williamson County such a desirable place to live is the strength of its schools and the high standards they maintain in preparing our young people for life after high school.
That excellence not only benefits students and families, but it also helps sustain the strong property values that benefit all county residents—whether they currently have children in the school system or not.
That is why it is vital that the wealthiest county in Tennessee fully recognize the value of investing in public education and supporting our school board, teachers, administrators, counselors, psychologists, aides, nurses, and support staff.
Education is the single most important investment we can make in a healthy, functioning society. Williamson County should lead the way by setting the standard for how to support, strengthen, and sustain a school district of this caliber.
